An ecumenical concert will take place on Sunday, April 17, at 2pm at Our Lady of Hope in Copake Falls, New York. Refreshments and fellowship follow.
This free Musical Variety Program will feature independent local artists Steve Wildermuth; Robin Massa; Christina Dellea; Steve Gubler; and Laura Hawthorne of “Livin’ in His Love Ministries.” Each will perform their own music of the season at Our Lady of Hope, located at 8074 State Route 22.
A festive Ecumenical Easter Cantata entitled “The King Is Coming” will highlight the event, featuring an ecumenical choir comprised of community church members, along with a DVD presentation of Christ’s journey.
Free will offerings are greatly appreciated and help support the artists. “It’s a thrill to have so many amazing local musical talents give freely of their time and talents for this special celebration,” enthuses event organizer Christina Dellea.
“The King Is Coming” Cantata will also be featured on Easter Sunday at West Copake Reformed Church, 2692 Route 7, in Copake. That service is also followed by refreshments and fellowship.
