October 6 is the season’s final market!
Our fabulous vendors will be at the Town Park from 9 am till 12 and will display all the bounty of the summer, rain or shine. Tomatoes while they last! And plenty of garlic, sunflowers, green beans, soap, wool, meat, and bread…you name it! Our featured Chef in September is Josephine Proul of Local 111 fame. She will be fixing something great that you can make at home with the ingredients found at the Market. Our Chef’s Corner is sponsored by Hillsdale’s Green Solutions Committee.
