Project Architect Selected
The Town Board has appointed Augie Sena as Clerk of the Works to help coordinate the process of overseeing the project architect, Joe Iuviene of Architecture Bureau. That process, however, is not fully underway until the financial transaction is completed and the town can occupy the building. (The Town is waiting for the library to identify a firm closing date.)
If all goes as planned, town offices will move into the remodeled library building a few months after the purchase.
The Town Board will take up the matter of possible uses for the existing Town Hall at a later date.
