Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Hillsdale will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a new Fuel Master Fuel Management System. Bids will include associated hard and software. Bids should be delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk, Route 23, Hillsdale, New York 12529 until 12:00 P.M. on the 3rd day of January 2013. All bids will be opened and read aloud at that time. For detailed specifications, contact the Hillsdale Highway Superintendent at (518)325-4744. A bid will be awarded at the Special meeting of the Town Board on January 3, 2013 at 3 P.M. at the Hillsdale Town Hall, Route 23, Hillsdale, New York.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and the words “Sealed Bid”.The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
