Notice to Bidders – Expired
The Town of Hillsdale is seeking bids for a fully insured TREE CONTRACTOR. Contractor must have at least three million dollars in liability insurance. The contract will be from March 2012 thru Jan. 2013. All bidders must have a truck with at least 60’ aerial working height. Bids must be accompanied with an insurance certificate.
Tree contractor must be qualified to work around electric lines. OSHA certificate must accompany bid.
Tree trimming and removal will be bid by both an hourly rate (on site) and a daily rate (our crews’ hours) Bids will be both with and without a ground man. Bids will be with and without a chipper.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Town Clerk at Hillsdale Town Hall State Route 23 Hillsdale, NY 12529 by March 20, 2012 at 1 pm and bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder.
A non-collusive bidding certificate must accompany all bids. The Town of Hillsdale holds the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
