Taconic Valley Lawn and Garden is located just east of the light in Hillsdale.

They can also be purchased online or by mail from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.  The NYDEC website contains a wealth of information regarding required ID’s, residency requirements and more.  The website can be found here.
