Public Hearing on Sewer Use Charges

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a public hearing before the Hillsdale Town Board on March 9, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering Local Law No. 1 of 2021, which would amend the Town law establishing sewer use charges for Sewer District No. 1 of the Town of Hillsdale, by amending and restating the schedule of Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDU’s) described in therein. The public hearing will be held via the “Zoom” online meeting platform. A link to join the meeting has been posted to the Town of Hillsdale website https://hillsdaleny.com/local-laws/ A copy of the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2021 may be found on the Town website or obtained from the Hillsdale Town Clerk during normal business hours.
