Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Tentative Assessment Roll for the Town of Hillsdale is complete, and a copy thereof is available at the Town Clerk’s Office. The Roll in the Town Clerk’s office may be viewed by appointment. The Roll may also be viewed online at www.columbiacountyny.com and www.hillsdaleny.com.
Notice is hereby given that the Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll by telephone appointment only on: May 13, 15, & 21 9am-1pm and May 20, 4-8pm. Please call the office at 518-325-5073 (14) or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment if needed.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Hillsdale will meet to hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property on May 27, 2021 from 4-8pm BY PHONE APPOINTMENT. Contact the Assessor’s Office 518-325-5073 (x14) or email [email protected] prior to May 27th to schedule an appointment.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, property owners needing to grieve their 2021 tentative assessment are strongly encouraged to submit their grievance application and supporting documentation to the Town Assessor before May 27th either by mailing to Town of Hillsdale, POB 305, Hillsdale, NY 12529 or emailing [email protected].
