The Hillsdale Zoning Board is meeting on Tuesday September 7, 2021 at 7:30 PM at Town Hall. There are three public hearings taking place:
- Harriet Mather and Mohammed Suhail Chaudry for a Special Use Permit for Change of Use: Short Term Rental at 957 Mitchell Street, Hillsdale, NY
- Jaime and Ethan Silver for a Special Permit for Chnge of Use: Short Term Rental at 310 Mitchell Street (Please note that a colleague from Posto will be representing the Silver family as they will be travelling
- Two applications by Keva Niver for an Area Variance and a Special permit in order to establish a small scale campground at 10695 Route 22 Stop2 Hillsdale NY
Please note that as o 8/2/21 Covid Regulations state that masks must be worn in Town Hall, even for the vaccinated.
