The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Hillsdale will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 7:30 PM at the Hillsdale Town Hall to consider the following:
- An application by Morgan Spector for an Area Variance for setback on 413 Craryville Road Stop 58, Hillsdale, NY. All interested parties are urged to attend.
- An application by Friends of East Gate for an Area Variance for setback to the historic former Toll House on NY-23, Hillsdale, NY. All interested parties are urged to attend.
