Two Special Permit applications by Jim Wright dba Oldtone Music Festival. One for the annual renewal to hold the Roots Music Festival on July 28-31, and the second permit to hold the Light Music Festival from September 9-11 both at Cool Whisper Farm, 1101 County Route 21, Hillsdale, NY.
