A small family farm in Hillsdale, ny Eric and Martha Suquet (and small helpers Augie and Luna) are the Graylight Farm team. After leaving NYC for the joys of upstate life, meeting and falling in love, and learning through farm apprenticeships and experimentation, we started the farm in 2015. We found our own piece of land a few years ago and are working to shape it into a productive and sustainable farm ecosystem. Eric manages our pastured pigs while Martha handles the administrative side.
