The Roeliff Jansen Community Library will be hosting a program on Understanding Addiction, led by Columbia County Pathways to Recovery, Inc. on October 15, from 6:30-8 PM.
Addiction poses a threat to individuals, their families, and communities across the country. Healing these rifts requires frank conversation and a willingness to lend a hand to those in need. Join this discussion about addiction, how it manifests, and how a deeper understanding of it can lead to more compassion and a greater ability to cope with a difficult situation. All are welcome. Refreshments will be provided.
This open community meeting will be led by Drew Assini, MA, Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
